Galactoferm-NS is a nutritive ingredient as a replacement of water.

Galactomyces is one genus of yeast which are known to be rich in proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. When the yeast is cultured in culture broth, they produce and release beneficial metabolites into the broth as the result of fermentation. As a natural enzyme, yeast have been used mainly in food industry, such as bread production, beer fermentation, wine fermentation, andnutritional supplement.

Fermentation has been used for thousands of years to preserve food and produce alcohol. It is the conversional process of organic compounds such as carbohydrates using various microorganisms. Microorganisms digest nutrients and produce beneficial byproducts. During this process, microorganisms degrade toxicity substances by digesting or digested nutrients by microorganisms could have smaller molecular size.

It is well-known that the penetration of the active compounds is depended on the size of molecules. In the case of most polymers, it is difficult to penetrate the epidermis due to their big molecular size.
